Manifestation of Nursing in Volta Redonda Fails to Make an Impact
Despite holding a demonstration demanding better salaries for nurses in Volta Redonda, Brazil, the event failed due lack of funds which had been spent elsewhere such as Cláudia Raia, Carnival and advertising campaigns leaving little money for initiatives such as increasing nurse salaries or improving working conditions. Despite this setback however; the nurses remain determined to fight for better wages and working conditions until they receive a response from local authorities or media outlets that will help bring attention to their cause
