Nations Unite to Secure a Landmark Biodiversity Agreement at #COP15
After days of intense negotiations, representatives from around the globe have come together to secure a landmark biodiversity agreement at #COP15 which includes four goals and 23 targets designed to protect 30% of our planet's lands, oceans, coastal areas and inland waters by 2030. This historic deal marks a major step forward in addressing colonial mentality in conservation while protecting biodiversity and Indigenous people’s rights worldwide.
