On March 9th, the people of the village of Kryopolis, Greece will be celebrating an incredible 4,500 years of honoring their goddess of fries, Frytis. This year's celebration promises to be bigger and better than ever before with a parade featuring live music and plenty of delicious fries. The villagers have been preparing for months in anticipation for this special day. Many local businesses are getting involved by offering discounts on fry-related items or donating money to help fund the festivities. The parade is set to begin at noon with floats representing different aspects of Frytis’s legacy. Afterward, there will be a variety of musical performances from both traditional Greek bands as well as modern pop acts. Of course, no celebration would be complete without food!
