Letting Go

I know it's hard to let go of something precious, That you have held onto for so long. But sometimes the best thing to do is just release, And try to find a way to move on. You can't always get what you want in life, No matter how much you wish and strive. But if you never let go of your tight grip, You'll never be able to truly thrive. So take a deep breath and count down from three, Release your grasp and set yourself free. It may seem scary at first but don't worry, The world won't end if you choose to flee. And when the time comes that you feel ready again, Take another chance and start anew. Remember that letting go doesn't mean forgetting;   It just means starting over with something new. So don't be afraid of the unknown ahead;       Just take a leap and trust yourself instead!       Letting go is hard but necessary too;       So give it a try - I'm sure it will pay off for you!
