Dance in the Rose

This poem celebrates women coming together for an experimental Zumba class dressed in rose-colored clothing to camouflage themselves from judgement or criticism. It encourages them to embrace this day by letting go of worries and focusing on having fun while pushing themselves further than before!

A picture of a group of women wearing pink clothes while doing Zumba exercises together in a studio setting. The image should be bright and vibrant with colors that pop out from the background. The women should be smiling and having fun while dancing their hearts out!

Mulheres, I advise you today, To come dressed in rose and camouflage. Laughing at the thought of it, We'll go to an experimental Zumba class. A perfect way to start our day, To move our bodies and feel alive. Dancing together with a smile on our face, Let's all forget about life's chase. The rhythm of the music fills us with joy, It takes away all our worries and woes. We let go of all that holds us back, And dance as if there's no tomorrow. Our minds are clear and we can think straight, Our hearts are full of love and grace. No one here is judged by their size or shape, We just want to have fun and escape! The instructor guides us through each step, With her energy she lifts us up. She encourages us to keep going strong; We will never give up until we're done! Our sweat drips down as we work hard; Our muscles ache but we still keep moving on! We push ourselves further than before; This is what makes Zumba so much more! When the class ends we take a bow; All together now - "Hip Hip Hooray!" So mulheres let's embrace this day; Let's dress in rose and get ready to play!
