Oh, to have the strength and courage to maintain a highly functional schedule! To rise with the sun and move my body in an effort to stay healthy. To complete tasks that are necessary for success and reflect on them thoughtfully. To repeat these steps day after day, so that I may live my life more fully. And finally, to rest at night so that I may be prepared for tomorrow’s journey. But not only must I practice these steps; I must also nourish myself with food and drink, relate to others in meaningful ways, and avoid energy sinks like mixing states of mind across different steps.
