It’s a common occurrence for many of us - we make plans, set schedules, and try our best to stick to them. However, more often than not, those plans and schedules fall by the wayside as life gets in the way. It’s an issue that has been faced by many people over the years, but it seems like no one is able to find a solution. Take for example this statement from one individual: “Not once in my life have I written down a schedule for what I was going to do on a given day and then managed to stick to it.” This person isn’t alone in their struggles; many others are facing similar issues when it comes to sticking with their plans. The problem is that there are so many factors that can derail our plans and schedules - from unexpected events or tasks that come up throughout the day, to simply not having enough time or energy at the end of the day. These obstacles can be difficult for even the most organized individuals to overcome. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any easy solution for this problem either. Many people have tried different methods such as setting reminders or breaking down tasks into smaller chunks, but these tactics don’t always work either. It seems like some days are just destined for failure when it comes to sticking with our plans and schedules. This is an issue that affects all of us at some point or another in our lives, but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any easy fix available right now. Until something changes, we will all continue struggling with trying (and failing)to stick with our plans and schedules on a daily basis.
