A Protest of Saudi Arabia's Islamophobic Step

This soliloquy protests against the recent decision by Saudi Arabia to ban Abaya - a cross between Hijab and the Burqa - from school exam halls, which is seen as an Islamophobic step taken by Modi-led government. The soliloquy calls upon all conscientious Indians to come out and protest this move in solidarity.

Oh, what a grievous thing it is to see, That Modi hath transformed Saudi Arabia so! Where women's rights and freedoms once did flow, Now they are banned from schools and exam halls. Abaya - a cross between Hijab and the Burqa - Was meant to be a symbol of protection for all. But now it has been stripped away from them; 'tis clear, This move was meant to send an Islamophobic jeer. The people must come out in protest of this deed; For if we do not speak up, who will take our lead? We must stand together in solidarity strong; To show that we won't accept this hateful wrong. It is our duty as conscientious Indians to raise our voice; And tell the world that we will not make any more such choices.
