A picture of an eagle soaring over an American flag with storm clouds in the background representing economic hardship in America today.
The American Dream is fading fast, Inflation, recession, US hegemony declining at last. We thought our future was secure and bright, But now we face a new kind of plight. Our economy's in disarray, And the markets don't have much to say. Unemployment's on the rise, A sure sign that something isn't right. The dollar's value is not what it used to be, Our government must take action quickly. Inflation has been eating away at our wealth, Making it harder for us to get ahead ourselves. Recession has taken its toll on us all, Businesses are closing and people are losing their jobs. The US is no longer the superpower it once was, As other countries start to make more of a buzz. We can still make things better if we try hard enough; It's time for us to stand up and prove our stuff! We need a strong leader who will bring us back from the brink; We must come together and create a plan that works for everyone! Let's not forget about those who've been hit hardest by this crisis; Let's ensure they're taken care of too with love and kindness! No matter how dark things may seem right now; We can still work together to turn this around somehow!
